Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Trinity Mandate Ministries ("Trinity Mandate," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you visit or interact with our website and digital platform (the "App"), regardless of the country from which you access it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the ministry and deliver the Gospel experience:

  • Anonymous visit data: country, region, and city derived from IP address for the sole purpose of understanding Gospel reach. We do not store raw IP addresses.
  • Voluntary submissions: name, email, phone, or message when you submit a prayer request, contact us, register a church, or request a church connection.
  • Engagement metrics: aggregate counts of Gospel shares and salvation decisions. These are statistical only and are not linked to your identity.
  • Donation information: processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we process personal data under the following lawful bases:

  • Consent — when you voluntarily submit information (Article 6(1)(a)).
  • Legitimate interests — anonymous geographic analytics to measure Gospel reach (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your privacy rights.
  • Contractual necessity — to fulfill church registration or referral requests (Article 6(1)(b)).

3. International Data Transfers

Because this App is accessible worldwide, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or applicable adequacy decisions, and we require recipients to protect your data to a standard comparable to this Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver and improve the Gospel presentation and Growth Center.
  • To respond to prayer requests and ministry inquiries.
  • To connect converts with local church partners (only when you initiate that request).
  • To measure aggregate Gospel reach across nations without identifying individuals.
  • To process donations and issue receipts where applicable.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Anonymous analytics may be retained indefinitely in aggregate form. Prayer requests and church referrals are retained for the duration of the ministry relationship unless you request deletion.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@trinitymandate.org.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (US) or under 16 (EEA/UK, where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Cookies

The App uses minimal first-party functionality cookies and local storage to remember your preferences and track anonymous engagement. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function properly.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
